Crabmeat Broil Sandwich

  • 1 cup flaked crabmeat
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 2 tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup salad dressing
  • 4 hamburger buns or 8 slices bread
  • Combine crab, celery, onion and cheese. Add salad dressing and mix well. Spread on buttered halved buns or bread (quartered). Place under broiler, approximately 5-7 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
