Ingredients
  • 2 cups shredded apples
  • 1 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 cup cranberries
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 cup nuts
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup oil
Directions
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 1 loaf for 45-60 minutes. Bake 15 minutes at 375 degrees for muffins
