Cocktail Meatballs

Cocktail Meatballs Recipe
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 eggs (slightly beaten)
  • 1 cup crushed saltines
  • 2 tablespoons instant minced onion
  • 9 drops Tabasco sauce
  • 1/4teaspoon garlic salt
  • 2 tablespoons sweet pepper flakes (optional)
  • Dash of salt
  • Heat oven to 325. Mix all of the meatball ingredients together and shape into 1” balls. Place meatballs in a 9 x13" ungreased pan. Bake for 30 minutes. Place baked meatballs into casserole. Mix sauce and pour over meatballs. Bake for 1 hour longer at 325.
