Chocolate Whipped Cream Frosting

  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups chilled whipping cream
  • Mix and beat until thick. Split angel food cake. Fill and frost, or serve with mounds on cake slices. Garnish with toasted almonds or coconut.
