Chocolate-Revel Bars

Ingredients
  • Crust:
  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 cups oatmeal
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup flour
  • Filling:
  • 12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
  • 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
Directions
  • Mix crust ingredients together. Press 2/3 of crust mixture into the bottom of a greased 9x13 inch pan. Heat together choc. chips, butter and sweetened condensed milk. Stir until smooth and then add nuts and vanilla and mix well. Pour filling on top of crust and sprinkle remaining crust mixture on top of filling. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
