Chicken Salad

Delicious chicken salad recipe with chopped cooked chicken, celery, bell pepper, green olives, apple, iceberg lettuce and mayonnaise.

Chicken Salad

American, Side
   Serves 4
  • 3 cups cubed, cooked chicken
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped sweet pickle
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • Dash of pepper
  • Pitted ripe olive slices or hard cooked eggs
  • Combine chicken, celery and pickle. Blend together mayo, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Toss dressing and chicken together lightly. Chill. Serve in lettuce cups. Trim with slices of olives or eggs. 4 servings
