Chicken Rice Casserole

  • 1 box Minute Rice
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
  • 1 chicken, cut up
  • In large 9x13 inch pan, sprinkle dry rice in bottom. Heat soups and milk, pour over rice. Place chicken over soups. Sprinkle with dry onion soup mix. Cover and bake 2 hours at 350.
