Cheddar Quiche

Recipe: Cheddar Quiche

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (8 oz) shredded sharp natural Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1-1/2 cups milk
  • 4 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 9 inch unbaked pastry shell

Instructions

  1. Toss cheese with flour
  2. Combine eggs, milk, bacon and seasonings, mix well
  3. Stir in cheese and flour
  4. Pour into pastry shell
  5. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour or until set
  6. Garnish with parsley and pimiento strips, if desired
