Recipe: Celery and Vegetable Casserole

Ingredients

  • 4 cups celery, diced
  • 5 oz. can water chestnuts, drained
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 cup diced pimento
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds
  • Croutons

Instructions

  1. Cook celery 8 minutes, drain and layer with chestnuts, pimento and them the soup over all
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes
