Cathedral Window Cookies

  • 1 12 oz. pkg chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 10 1/2 oz. pkg colored miniature marshmallows
  • powdered sugar
  • In medium saucepan, melt together chocolate chips and butter. Remove from heat and add eggs. Mix thoroughly. Add pecans; cool. Add marshmallows; stir well to coat. Sprinkle powdered sugar on three pieces of waxed paper. Evenly divide chocolate mixture into three portions, spooning each onto one wax paper square. Form each into a roll and sprinkle more powdered sugar on top. Refrigerate until firm. Slice each roll into 10 to 12 pieces.
