Butterscotch Cookies

Ingredients
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup shortening
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cream of tartar
  • 1 tsp maple flavoring
  • 3 cups cake flour
  • 3/4 cup chopped pecans
Directions
  • Mix in order and form in two loaves and put in freezer for 2-3 hrs before baking. Slice very thin and bake at 350 degrees.
