Butterscotch Bars

Recipe: Butterscotch Bars

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup margarine
  • 2 1/2 cups graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 1/2 cup nuts
  • 2 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 6 oz. butterscotch chips
  • 3 tbsp peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Combine eggs, sugar and margarine and boil slowly, stirring constantly for 2 minutes
  2. Let cool
  3. Then add graham cracker crumbs, coconut ad marshmallows
  4. Press into 9×13 inch greased pan
  5. Spread top with butterscotch chips and peanut butter, melted together
  6. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes
