Blueberry Jello Salad

This blueberry jello salad recipe is a great side dish that everyone in my family really likes. It’s great for holiday dinners since it can be made ahead of time.

Blueberry Jello Salad

  • 1 can blueberry pie filling
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 2 small boxes blackberry jello
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 8oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • Add boiling water to jello. Add pie filling and pineapple with juice. Pour in 9x13 inch pan. Let set.
  • Topping: Mix cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla until soft and blended. Spread on Jello.
