Recipe: Blueberry Dessert


  • 1 graham cracker crust
  • 1 pint cream (plus more for 5th layer)
  • Flaked coconut
  • 1 pkg miniature marshmallows
  • 1 can Wilderness blueberry pie filling


  1. Make graham cracker crust
  2. Beat 1 pint cream (no sugar)
  3. Add 1 package miniature marshmallows
  4. Place on crust
  5. Then put 1 can pie filling on top of cream-marshmallows mixture
  6. Then put a layer of cream-marshmallows mixture
  7. You can put a light cover of whipped cream with sugar and flavoring on top of cream and marshmallows
  8. Cover with flaked coconut
  9. Let set for 24 hours or longer
  10. May be made 2-3 days ahead
