Beef Roast

Ingredients
  • 3 lb. beef roast
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tbsp. dried oregano leaves
  • 1 tsp. dried marjoram leaves
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1-2 tsp. beef bouillon
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 lb baby carrots
  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1 small onion
Directions
  • In a slow cooker on low place beef in water and season. Cook on low for 6 hours. Add carrots, potatoes, celery and onion and cook for 1-2 more hours.
