BBQ Meatballs

Delicious meatballs smothered in tangy, flavorful BBQ sauce are perfect for a large gathering, a holiday party or a quiet meal at home.

Recipe: BBQ Meatballs


  • 1 egg
  • 1-2 slices soft bread, crumbed
  • 1 lb hamburger
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 2 tbsp onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup vinegar
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp dry mustard
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Tabasco sauce


  1. Blend the egg and bread crumbs
  2. Combine with hamburger, parsley, chopped onion, 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper to taste
  3. Roll into 1 inch balls
  4. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes on each side
  5. Make sauce by combining the brown sugar, vinegar, ketchup, mustard, 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce, salt and pepper to taste
  6. Pour sauce over tiny meat balls and bake at 325 degrees F for 20 minutes
