Barbeque Beef
Ingredients
- 12-16 oz. roast beef
- 1/2 green pepper (chopped)
- 1/2 medium onion (chopped)
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 cup catsup
- 1/3 cup pickle relish
- 2 tbsp. vinegar
Directions
- Simmer roast beef, onion and pepper in a small amount of water for 10-15 minutes. Stir relish, catsup, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and tomato soup together and add to beef simmer 15 minutes longer.
