Barbeque Beef

  • 12-16 oz. roast beef
  • 1/2 green pepper (chopped)
  • 1/2 medium onion (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/2 cup catsup
  • 1/3 cup pickle relish
  • 2 tbsp. vinegar
  • Simmer roast beef, onion and pepper in a small amount of water for 10-15 minutes. Stir relish, catsup, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and tomato soup together and add to beef simmer 15 minutes longer.
