Banana Split Cake

Recipe: Banana Split Cake

Ingredients

  • Graham cracker crust to fit 9×12 inch pan
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 box powdered sugar
  • 1 large can pineapple, drained
  • 4 large bananas
  • 1 8 oz container Cool Whip
  • Chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Make graham cracker crust to fit 9×12 pan
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes
  3. Cool
  4. Beat together in mixer until light and fluffy the margarine, eggs, vanilla and powdered sugar
  5. Spread on cooled crust
  6. Spread on large can of drained pineapple
  7. Spread on Cool Whip, covering completely
  8. Sprinkle on chopped pecans
  9. Chill several hours
