Baked Pheasant

Recipe: Baked Pheasant


  • 1 browned pheasant
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 box of Minute Rice (fried rice mix)
  • tomatoes
  • salt and pepper


  1. Heat can of soup and add one can of water
  2. Add rice mixture and tomatoes
  3. Add some chicken broth
  4. Pour rice over meat and bake at 350 degrees F for about 1 1/2 hours
