Baked Eggs

Recipe: Baked Eggs

Ingredients

  • 8 slices white bread, cubed
  • 8 eggs
  • 4 cups milk
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 2 tsp dry mustard
  • 2 cups cubed ham, bacon or sausage, cooked

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients together, except cheese
  2. Pour into 9×13 inch buttered pan
  3. Refrigerate overnight
  4. Place grated cheese on top before baking
  5. Bake at 450 degrees F for 30 minutes
