Applesauce Gelatin Mold

Recipe: Applesauce Gelatin Mold


  • 2 cups applesauce
  • 2 10 oz. pkgs frozen raspberries, thawed
  • 2 pkgs raspberry gelatin
  • 1 12 oz can lemon lime soda


  1. Heat applesauce on low heat until hot
  2. Do not boil
  3. Watch carefully
  4. When hot, remove from heat and add gelatin
  5. Stir until dissolved
  6. Add raspberries with juice
  7. Mix in soda and pour into gently greased 6 cup mold
